Shipping Policy

Effective: January 9, 2026

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States (many APO/FPO addresses when carrier-eligible). International delivery isn’t offered yet.

Processing rhythm

Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Eastern typically begin processing the same business day; most ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Estimated transit times (after dispatch)

  • Standard Ground: usually 6–7 business days

  • Expedited: usually 4–5 business days
    Transit windows are estimates; weather, peak seasons, remote areas, and carrier capacity may add time.

Rates & promotions

All available carriers and costs appear at checkout. From time to time we run free-shipping promotions, details show on product or cart pages.

Tracking & split shipments

We email tracking when a label is created; the first carrier scan may take up to 48 hours to display. Multi-item orders can ship in separate boxes—each with its own tracking number.

Address accuracy & returns to sender

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel returns as undeliverable or due to an address error, we’ll help reship and may charge a re-delivery fee.

Damage or loss in transit

If your package arrives damaged, or appears lost—email support@jrautomotiverepair.us within 7 days of the marked (or expected) delivery date. Include your order number, a brief description, and photos (if damaged) so we can act quickly with the carrier.
