1) Acceptance
By using J&R Automotive Repair or purchasing our products/services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Services.
2) Accounts & eligibility
You must be 18+ (or age of majority where you live). Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
3) Quotes, orders & payments
Online quotes and service estimates are invitations to order, not binding offers. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected method for product totals, labor, shop supplies, taxes, and shipping. We may limit or cancel orders due to availability, suspected fraud/abuse, or obvious errors; cancelled orders are refunded promptly. If a clear pricing/content error occurs, we may cancel and refund or ask for your direction.
4) Fitment, installation & service authorization
Specs/fitment tools are guides—confirm compatibility with manufacturer data, VIN-specific lookup, or our service advisors before installation. You authorize our technicians to perform agreed work and to operate the vehicle for testing/diagnosis. We aren’t responsible for damage caused by improper installation by third parties or misuse.
5) Parts/labor warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to parts; shop labor coverage (if any) will be disclosed on your invoice. Normal wear, misuse, racing/competition use, and modifications are excluded unless required by law.
6) Shipping, title & risk of loss
See the Shipping Policy for methods and timelines. Title and risk transfer to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Consider signature confirmation for high-value shipments.
7) Returns & refunds

8) User content (reviews, photos, Q&A)
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it in connection with the Services. Don’t post unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
9) Intellectual property
Except for user content, site materials belong to J&R AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR LLC or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. Don’t copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
10) Disclaimers
Except as required by law or expressly stated, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).
11) Liability cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, J&R AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability won’t exceed the amount you paid for the product(s)/service(s) at issue.
12) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
13) Updates; governing law
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive venue in Hernando County, Florida.
